Custom Zamboni Hat Design Request

Before you submit

Please provide as much detail as possible so we can create a design that reflects your school or association.

  • Order minimum: 12 hats.
  • New school/association design fee: $50 upfront. Design-request payments are non-refundable.
  • Design credit: Once 10 hats are ordered, the $50 design fee is returned as a $50 credit to apply toward two hats. The 12-hat order minimum still applies.
  • Revisions: Two rounds of revisions are included with each request. Each additional round is $40. Please combine all requested changes into one list for each round.
  • Initial design: Our goal is to provide your initial draft within 48 hours after we receive your completed request, required artwork, and payment. This is a target, not a guaranteed deadline.
  • Online store: After the final design is approved, you will receive your online store link within 72 hours.
  • Production: Please allow 3–4 weeks after your online store closes. Shipping or delivery time is additional.
This form submits a design request; it does not collect payment or place a hat order. Payment arrangements will be confirmed separately.
