At 7 Legends, all items are custom-made with care. Please review our policies before placing your order.

Custom Orders & Final Sale

All items sold by 7 Legends are custom-made to order. Because of this, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been placed.

Order Accuracy

Customers are responsible for reviewing all order details before checkout, including sizes, colors, names, spellings, and design selections. 7 Legends is not responsible for errors submitted at checkout.

Substitutions & Inventory Availability

While we make every effort to source the exact garments listed, inventory availability can change without notice. If an item becomes unavailable, 7 Legends reserves the right to substitute a comparable item of similar style, color, and quality.

Production Timeline & Delivery Dates

Production timelines are estimates only. Delivery and completion dates are not guaranteed due to factors such as supplier delays, shipping disruptions, or order volume. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept potential delays.

Pick Up & Shipping

Most orders may be designated for local pickup. Pickup locations and timelines will be communicated through e-mail once orders are complete.

Order Changes or Cancellations

Orders begin processing shortly after they are placed. Changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed once production has started. Please contact us as soon as possible if you believe an error has occurred.

Artwork, Logos & Licensing

By submitting artwork, logos, or names, you confirm that you have the legal right to use them. 7 Legends is not responsible for copyright or trademark violations submitted by customers.

Minor Variations

Due to the custom nature of our products, slight variations in color, placement, or sizing may occur and are considered normal.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 5 days of receipt with photos and order details. Approved issues will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Refusal of Service

7 Legends reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including but not limited to inappropriate content or inability to fulfill the order.

Change Fee

Orders are processed based on the quantities and details submitted at the time of purchase. Any changes made after an order has been placed—including refunds, payment restructuring, item changes, or quantity adjustments—may be subject to an Order Adjustment & Administrative Processing Fee.

Policy Acceptance

By placing an order with 7 Legends Custom Apparel, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these policies.
