Embroidered personalization added to shirt

If you would like to add EMBROIDERED personalization to a garment, please check out here. This is for a one-line name.  Include the following information in the Special Requests section (on the checkout page):  

1. Your order number
2. The garment you would like personalized
3. Exact location of personalization (e.g., bicep, wrist, etc.)
4. What you would like the personalization to read
5. Any special requests (color, etc).

*Name on back requests will be across the back shoulder unless specified. 

**Not all garments can be personalized. You will receive a refund if your request cannot be accommodated.
